a note: some people don't want to make a squillion LJs for each C and so their characters 'piggyback' on one LJ; usually there will be some indication which C is talking to you, but if you ever get confused, just ask the MUNs of said Cs!

some Cs are listed as temporarily NPCed. Ask if you want to play them; they may have to come with backstory if they've been being played by someone else.

addendum: We have a sort of 'sisterhood' with the community chet_thanh_pho. Cs hop between the two at times.

As such, this makes these Cs kindasorta represented here, ie. held.

This doesn't mean you cannot app for them, but ask details on how they've been played by Chet folk in the past, for that past will be 'remembered' by the Cs, even if your version of the character does not remember them.
